保法止对我基本无效，现在改用另外一种药物Avodart

用了半年的保法止和蔓迪，感觉头发还是越来越少，所以确定基本对我无效，后来发现国外有一种更有效的西药avodart (dutasteride),后，开始转用这个，虽然价格很贵，约125美金一个月，但在国外论坛说效果非常之好，所以打算先试一下，看看效果如何。

国内没有卖，只能网上定购，价格没有那么贵，刚上网查了一下，90粒大概190 美金，其实也比保法止贵了一点点，还算能承受。

dutasteride adodart

main purpose: long term maintenance, better regrowth than propecia

overview: dutasteride is the newest treatment on the market that may soon be approved by the fda for treatment of hair loss. it is in the class of dht inhibitors, however it inhibits both types of 5-alpha enzyme whereas propecia inhibits only one. men experienced 50% more regrowth on dutasteride than on propecia, however there is no established side effects statistics for dutasteride at this time. this may be a significant issue.

这种药也有便宜的，就像保列止和保法止一样，成分一样，但是便宜很多，大约为一颗一美金，一盒30粒，一天一粒，服这种药期间，不需要再服保法止，起副作用和保法止相同。

便宜的是印度产的同类产品,要比葛兰素的便宜不少,但效果,国外的好多人用了都认为不能和葛兰素的相比, avodart 的效果最开始用时会感到不错,但6个月后,你就会发现,这药就算一天吃2粒,效果也一样越来越差. 另外就是吃
avodart 后,肝会很不舒服,用发涨的感觉,我现在停了.
